It being adjudged that the said Will has been duly proved. Letters testamentary are issued to David B. Baker and John N. Horn in said Testament named who were duly qualified by

I, Enoch Baker of Amwell Township Washington County State of Pennsylvania I give devise and bequeath my Estate and property Real and personal in manner and form as follows

Item First I will and bequeath to my beloved wife Margaret Three Thousand dollars (3000) with what she has in her own name with what Furnature and household goods she may wish to retain with her choice of, Horse, and Buggy, and Cow, with the use of The Farm till the First of April One Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty Three (1883) at which time I wish it disposed of by my herein after named Executor to the best advantage to the Estate either Publicly or Privately my said wife to furnish Henry S, and Frank R, my two youngest sons each a good Bed and Bedding my other children having received

Item Second, my will is that Sarah Jane intermarried with Albert Voorhis, Nancy Maria intermarried with John N Horn, David B. and Apollos S. Shall not receive any more of my Estate till Henry S, shall have received One Hundred and Ten dollars. Clara B. to receive One Thousand dollars (1000) on the First of April One Thousand Eight Hundred & Eighty Two (1882) Frank R. to receive One Thousand dollars (1000) with the addition of One Hundred and Ten dollars (as a letting out) with the Horse and Saddle that goes by his own name and if he stays on the Farm till it is sold he is to receive One Hundred dollars more as compensation for his Services none of my Children to pay more than Five per cent for money that they now have belonging to my estate.

Item Third my will is that my Executors sell the House and lot known as the Banetown property whenever they may think best, also my interest in a coal bank near Fredericktown.

Item Fourth my will is that my Children Sarah Jane, Nancy Maria, David B, Apollos S, Henry S, Clara B, and Frank R, shall receive of my Estate Share and Share alike, Except Frank R, he is to receive my silver watch

Item Fifth I do appoint my son David B. and and my SoninLaw John N Horn my sole Executors with all the Power to transact any businefs pertaining to my Estate to make Tithes and dispose of the same as if I was living and doing business myself.

Item Sixth my will is that my son Frank R Shall receive his share against he is Twenty Three years old and sooner if it suits, I hereunto set my hand and seal this Thirtieth day of December One Thousand Eight Hundred and in Eighty One. Signed Sealed and delivered in the presence of us
